Haha, Delta Airlines- and we trust you with OUR lives???

For those who think it's not Delta's responsibility for the life of the kitten that froze in its cargo hold... What do you think of this little HILARIOUS GEM a Delta pilot posted on their own Delta message boards?

If you don't understand- I'll spell it out for you. Snickers, the living Sphynx kitten, froze to death in Delta's cargo hold, hence the pilot thinks he is so witty that he is posting a FROZEN Snickers bar with a very low price tag too- which goes hand in hand with Delta's offer of $10 for Snickers' loss.

PLEASE CROSS POST THIS. Let people see how nasty these pilots are being and how UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE are the people we entrust with puppies, kittens, dogs, cats, throughout the year as we move from one part of the United States to the other or adopt kitties or dogs through rescues that DO ship... These are PROFESSIONALS- do you think they are acting professionally?

Want to see how HILARIOUS these jokesters are? I've heard there are plenty more nasty little posts here...

(If the posts were removed, as I heard they were- Google has screen shots of various pages of their nasty 'witty' comments. Thank goodness being a caring person isn't a prerequisite for all pilots!)

  4. This is so sick. Now I really know when the Bible says that Love Will Grow cold in the last days, this is sure a doggone good example of that. I am so sorry that you have to go through this kind of crap along with your Grief for Neala. God Bless.

  5. Oh, this is not MY baby, Caspersmom, but my heart breaks for her Momma- that's for sure. It's really hard to fight a cold organization- like Delta, like some vet surgical centers that shall remain unnamed, but treated Neala and killed her- but at least they were quick to try to rectify her loss for me (as much as one could rectify it in this sue-happy country, I suppose). But it would not take much for a company such as Delta, which charges upwards of $350 to ship a small kitten, to rectify their mistake and to move forward. They could use this mistake as positively as possible- by showing that they'll change. Instead, as a cold monstrous beast, they refuse to be budged.
