Tears for Neala

You have been there with us, every step, and I wanted to share the last tear-filled step with all of you. Her ashes arrived today. This is her urn, this is her Surgery Crab, and this is the blanket the hospital sent her 'home' in before we returned to the hospital.

  1. Rest in Peace, dear little one.
How many lives you touched with your gentle spirit and sweet soul.
    You will be so missed.
Can't help but cry at the sight of Surgery Crab, he was in one of the photos I used in her Purrs Fur Neala collage. She was hugging him.
    Love,

  2. You will have a lot of readers crying over those photos. She was too young to go but it was evidently her time. So sad!

  10. The mom says tears come and go and finally they slow down. She sleeps with TT's urn above her head on the bed, right where she used to always sleep. :)

  14. ::hugs:: It gets easier. It takes time. Purrs from other furbabies help. In fact, my furbabies have been trailing around me all day because they know I should be resting. In the past, when we've lost someone they've done the same thing. Neala touched so many people and will continue to touch people. Be proud. Your love for her will save so many more babies to come.
